春天養肝,喝冷泡茶還是花茶?中醫師指出,近日冷泡茶爆紅,許多民眾擔心茶葉長時間浸泡,容易引起農藥殘留過量問題,雖然農委會澄清,但從中醫觀點,春天宜喝花茶,體質虛寒者較不宜飲用冷泡茶,花茶還是熱水泡開喝最好。
