治疗口腔溃疡小贴士

☑饭后先用饱和食盐水漱口2次，漱口后稍留1-2分钟；

☑ 用清水漱口2遍，再取凉浓茶漱口1—3次；

☑最后取维生素C片(0.1克/片)1片，压碎成粉，用棉签蘸粉涂于溃疡表面，闭口片刻。

Use saturated saline water to wash mouth for 2 times and keep it for 1-2 minutes. And use water to wash mouth 2 times.

Then use cold, strong tea to wash mouth for 1-3 times.

Finally, fetch 1 piece of vitamin C and crush it into powder. Use swab to smear on the surface of dental ulcer. Close mouth for minutes.

以上方法早晚各一次，溃疡多在三天内痊愈。
